SOGIESC Climate Baseline Study (2025)

Our main goals

Objective: Conduct a comprehensive study to assess the socio-economic and climate challenges faced by Diverse persons with and without disabilities.

Impact: Use the findings to inform intersectional advocacy and drivepolicy changes toward inclusivity and sustainability.

Expansion of Twekobe Project Enterprises

Objective: Scale up support for Diverse persons with and without disabilities entrepreneurs by launching more small businesses under the Twekobe initiative.

Impact: Enhance financial independence and resilience for marginalized community members.

Community-Based Mental Health Program

Objective: Establish peer-led mental health support groups andtraining sessions, integrating insights from the Wellspring Program.

Impact: Address mental health needs within the Diverse persons with and without disabilities community and combat stigma.

Digital Advocacy Campaigns

Objective: Amplify stories of resilience and educate the public throughonline campaigns targeting inclusion and acceptance.

Impact: Change perceptions and build solidarity across broaderaudiences.
