Where does DEF work?
Our primary base is Uganda, but our team and community are spread across East Africa and the
diaspora. We operate digitally, accessibly, and with care for safety.
Who does DEF support?
We center people with disabilities, especially those who are gender-diverse, alongside allies,
activists, and service providers.
